Hi, I’m Savannah
I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and registered nurse with 7 years of clinical experience.
From my experience working in pediatric hospitals across the country, the health disparities and lack of nutrition knowledge amongst my patients was eye opening. Imagine trying to heal amongst a sea of sugar, chemicals, fluorescent lights, and stimuli! Working in this environment broke my heart wide-open to provide simple, effective education strategies for healing and wholeness, no matter the health struggle.
Alongside my career experiences, my own personal decade-long battle with severe digestive dysfunction and hormonal imbalances inspired my journey to where I am today. For years, my period was missing completely, digestive distress was an everyday struggle, my thyroid was struggling, my acne was out of control, and my stress levels were through the roof. Slowly but surely, by focusing on foundations, targeted supplementation, and intentional lifestyle change, I was able to heal naturally, regain my cycle, and restore my gut function, energy, and vitality.
My goal is to empower clients to heal from the root - regulating hormones, optimizing gut health, increasing energy and mood, and boosting fertility through simple, sustainable strategies. Married to my husband Harrison and living in the breathtaking mountains of Colorado, I find joy in cooking nutrient-dense meals, hiking our favorite trails, pushing myself in the gym, enjoying a podcast walk, or curling up with a favorite book. My passion? Making wellness accessible and achievable for real life - no overwhelm, just joyful transformation. Let's unlock your vitality together!
